Expected to complete in early 2024, the phase will include more than 12,000 SF of amenity spaces including a gym, landscaped courtyard with a 200m running track, cinema room, co-working & lounge spaces, dining areas, a bouldering wall, roof terrace, and a tenant's club at the peak of the tower.
Phase 2 - wholly dependent on a hotel occupier - will see a standalone 8-storey, 229-bed mid-range hotel brand and, like the BTR element, will provide commercial at ground level and be set around a generous courtyard space.
Electric vehicle parking will be designated for residents, along with secure cycle parking for up to 168. Up to forty new trees will also be planted.
