THE FIVE

The Five is a new part 10, 16-storey project set to introduce 130 new apartments.

Designed with two 10-storey shoulders, each with rooftop amenity gardens flanking the taller element, The Five will comprise 54 one, 64 two & 12 three-bedroom sprinkler-assisted apartments.

With a heavily landscaped street-level perimeter, residents will have access to an entrance lobby and concierge, four lifts, a postroom, and the rooftop gardens.

There will be spaces for 20 vehicles at ground level (inc. EV capabilities), with 10 motorcycles & 160 secure bicycles.
