THE FIVE

Ladywood Social Club will be demolished and replaced with a 16-storey residential development comprising 130 apartments.

Called 'The Five', it will feature two 10-storey shoulders either side of its taller element to provide a selection of one- to three-bedroom sprinkler-assisted apartments (54 one, 64 two & 12 three-beds; 1-4 persons), with both shoulders benefitting from rooftop landscaped amenity gardens.

With a heavily landscaped street-level perimeter, The Five will include an entrance lobby and concierge service, four lifts, a post room, along with 20 ground-level vehicles (all with electric vehicle charging capabilities), 10 motorcycle & 160 secure cycle spaces.
